Abstract
The author describes findings from survey and excavations at Dholavira. Excavations took place within various sections of the city: the acropolis, the middle town, the lower town, and the city wall. The presence of two water reservoirs was confirmed, one in the southeastern section and one behind the north gate. Two city gates are described, along with an inscription found in a side chamber by the north gate.
