Abstract
The author compares faunal remains from Harappa, Mehrgarh, and Nausharo. The sites date from the Indus Neolithic through Mature Indus periods; only data pertaining to the Mature Indus are relevant to this collection. Differences between regions suggest different breeds were favored. At Harappa, the focus is on faunal remains collected from a street on the south of Mound E.
