Due to a lack of radiocarbon dates and through using Pleistocene stratigraphic deposits, Butler proposed the culture originated some time between 12,000 B.P. and 13,000 B.P. and extended to 7000 B.P. For this paper, Butler discusses twenty-one sites or localities and briefly describes their archaeological assemblages with an emphasis on describing their projectlie points. These sites all contain Cascade points as originally defined in this paper.}, note = {by B. Robert Butler. With an appendix by Earl H.
