Abstract: Brief abstract written by HRAF anthropologists who have done the subject indexing for the document The author records the findings at Nausharo from one excavation season (1987-1988), but comments on others during 1985 and 1986. A notable find from the Early Indus tradition was a burned merchant’s or potter’s storage area with numerous ceramic vessels, some unfired. The site is important for showing continuity of settlement from the Early to Mature Indus and the links between sites within the Indus Valley during the late Early Indus tradition.
