Abstract
Smith describes the Mandeville site, its environmental setting, the two mounds and village, the chronology, and its relations with local sites, Santa Rosa-Swift Creek sites, and with Hopewell. Most of the exchange found at the site is to the south. Only a few Hopewell trade items were found. Only the data pertaining to Hopewell or Hopewell-like artifacts were indexed for OCM (Outlline of Cultural Materials) subjects.
