Abstract
This article is structured to provide a descriptive catalogue of the figurine and urn fragments that were recovered from the site of Monte Albán during the Monte Albán Survey Project. Attempts are made to date the figurine fragments based on comparisons with published illustrations of complete or more complete figurines, as well as photographs of the figurines from Monte Albán Terraces 634 and 635, excavated by Marcus Winter in 1972 and 1973, and examination of the figurine collections at the Museo Frissel in Mitla. The section on the urn fragments lists and describes the various urn elements that were recovered during the survey. These are generally grouped into basal, body, head and headdress elements. Brief descriptions of each element are given and well illustrated in the text (pp. 379-380).
