Abstract
This is a detailed analysis of the pottery types found at the Snaketown site in Arizona, ranging from the Vahki phase of the Pioneer period to the Sacaton phase of the Sedentary. Each type described is discussed from the standpoint of color, form, surface treatment, type site (where found), geograpical range, decoration, and remarks relevant to the particular variety of pottery being studied. The document is heavily illustrated with a number of plates showing the different types of pottery being discussed in the text.
