Abstract
This is a rural settlement study of the village of Cihuatecpan located in the Teotihuacan Valley of Mexico. Much of the information contained in this document was gathered in the course of field work by the author in the Spring of 1984. The paper includes a description of the general cultural background, a description of the environment of the Teotihuacan Valley, a discussion of culture history, and a summary and interpretation of the houses and features excavated.
