Abstract
This study examines the ceramics from western Morelos to obtain information about cultural development and organization at Xochicalco as a step in establishing a ceramic chronology that could identify the full range of occupation at the site and provide a thorough description of Epiclassic ceramics corresponding to Xochicalco's cultural florescence (p. 102). The chronology presented here is based on stratigraphic excavations at six sites in western Morelos, including Xochicalco.
