Abstract
Necrasov and Stirbu analyzed the fauna from Tirpesti and their results are summarized here. They discuss the importance of the different domestic wild animals to the diet. They also point out what the wild animals indicate about the environment during the Chalcolithic. Only data pertaining to the Chalcolithic Period was indexed for Outline of Cultural Materials (OCM) codes.
