Abstract
Schroeder briefly describes the field work at two Natufian sites in the Béqaa Valley: Saaïdé II and Ain Choaab. Ain Choaab was discovered during survey and has not been excavated. Saaïdé II was excavated and Schroeder gives extensive descriptions of the stratigraphy and post depositional processes involved in the four test trenches. He describes the stone tools found and briefly mentions the bone tools.
