Abstract
Akkermans describes the natural setting for Tell Sabi Abyad and briefly describes the site. The tell consists of two Prepottery Neolithic mounds and two mounds that consist of Late Neolithic to Halafian strata. Only the data that pertain to the Ceramic Neolithic were indexed for OCM (Outline of Cultural Materials) subjects.
