Levy discusses the site of Shiqmin in Beersheva valley in order to start building a model that correlates development of Beersheva Chalcolithic culture and Predynastic Egypt. Most of this source is outside the time period. Of particular interest to readers is Figure 4, 'Egypt and Palestine: [average] of radiocarbon dates (calibrated B.C.),' (page 354).
