Appendix I: An analysis of the Cantalloc spiral

Abstract
The author examined and mapped the Cantalloc spiral, one of the Nazca line figures, to suggest a possible method of construction. The spiral appears created to fit within the landform. If meant to be walked as a labyrinthine, it would have been difficult to determine where to enter and exit, or to even remain on path, in part because of an overlying triangular figure.
