Abstract
In this study of the diets of people and domesticated animals at Liangchengzhen, the authors analyzed human, faunal and macrobotanical remains, and residues from two ceramic pots, measuring C3 and C4 ratios, nitrogen isotope ratios and oxygen isotope values. They compare their results with other stable isotope analyses carried out for other Neolithic sites in eastern China.
