Abstract
This document discusses the known history and various interactions the Odrysian state had with Greece, primarily, as well as with others. The author discusses Thracian art styles and the various influences on it. Changes are seen in the art seen in objects found in hordes and graves such as armor, horse tack, and rhytons. Ceramics changed from hand made to wheel made, burials in areas changed from incinerated remains to cists. A rich tomb in Vratsa of a man and a woman is described in detail.
