Abstract
Duncan was provided a small faunal sample from the excavations at Walling mound to analyze in order to supplement the analysis by Worth (document 27). She broke the faunal material into four analytical units (verses two for Worth). Again deer there was a high frequency of deer with few other species identified. Her data 'support Worth's results [and] … do not differ substantially from those associated with mound construction.' (page 152).
