Abstract
This study furnishes and discusses certain aspects of the grouped data for 29 individual crown and root traits of the adult (permanent) Salado Indian dentition. These data are provided in five tabulations: the pooled Salado RPMS [Roosevelt Platform Mound Series], two temporal divisions, and two spatial divisions. In addition, grouped data for the same key traits are provided for nine large aggregated comparative series from Southwest regions or big sites outside Tonto Basin, and one assemblage from northern Mexico. As there is very little age or sex influence on these traits, teeth of all ages and both sexes have been pooled to maximize reliability with respect to sample size (p. 153).
