Abstract
This work discusses the analysis of the organic materials found in the ceramics excavated at the archaeological sites of Rio Joba and Rio Verde in the Dominican Republic. These materials, which comprise largely vegetable fibers and wood fibers, are analyzed according to the number of samples found, their scientific names, and the percentage that each represented of the total. Laboratory photos show microscopic views of all samples discussed.
