Abstract
Kehoe describes her field work among the Centro de Madres in Lakaya. The Centro de Madres were one of the work groups that participated in the experimental raised fields in the Tiwanaku area. Part of the purpose of the field work was to understand how the Tiwanaku people might have worked their raised fields. Therefore, only the data that might pertain to Tiwanku were indexed for OCM (Outline of Cultural Materials ) codes.
