Abstract
This concluding chapter of an edited volume reviews the difficulties of studying the paleoecology and paleoeconomy of the Early Paleo-Indian period. The authors discuss the need for new models to focus directly on human ecology, which will require the creation of more appropriate and dynamic ethnographic analogies.
