Abstract
The authors describe four late Pleistocene sites: Xiaogushan, Salawusu (dated to the Middle Paleolithic), Shiyu, and Yanjiagang. The bone and stone tools, fauna, ornaments, and human remains are briefly described, and the faunal collections are compared.
