Abstract
Dhavalikar presents a synopsis of the Kayatha, Ahar and Malwa cultures by describing the Chalcolithic finds from (mainly) the sites of Kayatha, Ahar, and Navda Toli. Dhavalikar discusses ceramics, copper artifacts, beads, houses, fortifications, subsistence and a little about the religion along with the likely Harrapan origins of these cultures.
