AbstractBrief abstract written by HRAF anthropologists who have done the subject indexing for the document
Merpert and Munchaev describe their excavations at Yarim Tepe II and briefly go over their findings of the Half levels. They describe the architecture (one house in particular was larger than the rest and buried beneath the floor were some items with ritual significance), ovens or kilns, figurines, stone tools, and ceramics - describing some of the painted decorations in detail. Plans of some of the levels, drawings of some of the artifacts, and photos of some of the architecture and excavations are included.
