Abstract
Kafafi provides brief descriptions of excavated Yarmoukian sites in Jordon. Kafafi points out the Yarmoukian subtradition is a local development and that the first pottery (crude, low-fired bowls) in the area appears in the Prepottery Neolithic C at 'Ain Ghazal. Kafafi covers the architecture, ceramics, lithics, and subsistence.
