Abstract
Tell Maghzaliyah is an aceramic Neolithic site and so is outside the time period for the Ceramic Neolithic. The site does have some use of clay as a clay storage bin was found along with one sherd from a poorly fired pot. Also found was a cold hammered copper awl. Tell Maghzaliyah is compared to later Hassunan sites to highlight what tools and techniques continue to be used in the Ceramic Neolithic.
