AbstractBrief abstract written by HRAF anthropologists who have done the subject indexing for the document
This report deals with the stratigraphy and architecture relevant to the 'Ubaid period at the site of Tell Madhhur in Iraq. The excavations were carried out by the British Archaeological Expedition to Iraq in conjunction with the State Organization for Antiquities and Heritage(of Iraq)as part of the Hamrin Dam Salvage Project. Although this study also contains information on the Early Dynastic l and Islamic periods at the site only the data pertinent to 'Ubaid has been indexed.
