This is a brief description of the results of a Carbon 14 sample of plant material submitted in 1972 to the Teledyne Isotopes Laboratories in Westwood, New Jersey. The date given for the sample was 2925 BC, but was revised in the light of dendrochronological cross dating to ca. 3560 BC.
