Abstract
Van den Brink describes the excavations at Tell Ibrahim Awad and compares the findings to Buto and el-Tell el-Iswid. He describes the buildings, stone tools, pottery, and burials. Some photos of the findings are included. As the excavations uncovered remains dating up to the mid 12th Dynasty, only the information that pertains to the late chalcolithic through the 3rd dynasty was indexed for OCM (Outline of Cultural Materials) subjects.
