Abstract
Phillips and Gladfelter excavated at the Labras Lake site as part of the FAI 270 Archaeological Mitigation Project outside of St. Louis, Missouri. The site was occupied during the fall and winter by hunter-gatherer-collectors. It was used as a base locale and work specific task groups went out from this camp. The features found include hearths, refuse and storage pits, roasting pits, and domestic areas. Also found were two structures.
