AbstractBrief abstract written by HRAF anthropologists who have done the subject indexing for the document
Christenson discusses her analysis of the bone tools from SDi-4513. The site had a high number of bone tools when it is compared to other sites in the San Diego area. Bone tools from the Late Prehistoric Period component of the site include an antler flaker, a sweat stick, a piece of turtle shell which may represent a turtle shell rattle, and a bone bead. Christenson also discusses how these tools were used and how some of them may have been made.
