Abstract
Berman writes about the excavation, analysis, and findings from the Mesa Top site in eastern Arizona. This site was discovered during a survey for a public powerline. The site is an early pithouse village with two occupations. Found at the site were three pithouses, six hearths, two trash areas, three lithic manufacturing areas, and four food processing areas.
