The skeletal remains of the Bear ruin: [Appendix]

Mogollon culture in the Forestdale Valley, east-central Arizona, [by] Emil W. HauryTucson, Arizona • Published In 1985 • Pages: 264-270

By: Gabel, Norman E..

Abstract
The skeletal remains of Bear Ruin represent forty individuals. The remains are in a state of poor preservation. Gabel presents the morphological and metrical descriptions of the more complete remains. Some of the skulls show deformation probably due to having their heads strapped to a cradleboard. The analysis concludes that the remains represent a mixed population.
