AbstractBrief abstract written by HRAF anthropologists who have done the subject indexing for the document
Between 1973 and 1978 the Chaco Center investigated 45 sites in Chaco Canyon. This document presents abstracts of ten of the small sites. This document was written to be an introductory overview and precede Truell's study (1986; A summary of small site architecture in Chaco Canyon, New Mexico). The architecture, storage pits, fire pits, and room size are described for each of the ten sites and maps are presented. Dating for each site is described.
