Abstract
Indexing of this book includes the Late Developmental Period or Chicanel ceramic phase. Later publications date the Chicanel ceramic phase from approximately 300 B.C. (2300 B.P.) to A.D. 278 (1722 B.P.). (This publication does not have a begining date for this time period.) This places the beginning of this phase outside the time period of 2100 B.P. to 1100 B.P. or the Classic Maya. The reader is advised to exercise caution when reading about the Late Developmental Period or Chicanel ceramic phase. This monograph describes in detail the various construction stages of structure A-V. Also described, but in less detail, are other structures in Group A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H. Architectural detail such as stairways, holdings, roofs, rooms, walls, altars, benches, etc. are described. Also covered in this document are the burials and caches (usually offerings) found in these buildings. Other structures discussed include roads, reservoirs, a ball court, and CHULTUNs.
