Abstract
Kintz looks at household composition at Cobá. She uses ethnographic and ethnohistoric records along with archaeological data to help reconstruct the household composition patterns in Classic Cobá. Kintz shows that most household compounds were composed of 3-15 structures and probably housed an extended family.
