Abstract
This document provides a list of the well-dated Clovis and Folsom sites in North America, most of which are located in the western United States, along with generalized geological and cultural cross sections for five sites on the High Plains. The author explores the timing of the arrival of humans, Clovis verses Folsom points, climate change, and Pleistocene faunal extinctions.
