Abstract
The author summarizes several sites in Patagonia along with the general environment, and compares the first settlers and their technologies and toolkits with those from Clovis sites in North America. The calibrated age of one site the author excavated is 16,000–8100 BP (12,980–7330 BP uncorrected).
