Abstract
Palsgaard re-analyzed the mammalian faunal collection from the Schultz site after Ozker requested a more detailed analysis of the Early Woodland materials. She looked at species present, cooking methods, and worked bone. White-tailed deer were the most numerous faunal remains and account for the largest part of the meat diet.
